Notes to Client (Individual / Joint Account)
Relating to Opening Cash Securities Trading Account

For opening a Cash or Margin securities account, client must come to our office personally to complete the related account opening documents.

In support thereof, client shall provide the documents listed below:

• I.D. / Passport Copy;
• Latest proof of residential address; correspondence address (if any);
  (e.g. telephone bill, rate and rent, etc. of the last 3 months)

No trading will be allowed until all the relevant documents submitted are checked and approved by the Company.
