Since year 1994, our Company has been restructured and thereafter named as Wo Fung Securities Company Limited, (thereof "Wo Fung Sec"). In 1997, Wo Fung Sec fully owned our main office which address is at 2/F Siu Ying Commercial Building, 153 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.

Wo Fung Sec is a Hong Kong registered Securities Broker and Dealer for stock and shares. Our Company is also an Exchange Participant of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and has two trading rights (Broker numbers : 3938,3939) for dealing directly with the securities listed on the Stock Exchange. Wo Fung Sec is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Wo Fung Sec is also a corporate participant of the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited where clients' shares are cleared and held for safe custody.
